Capt. McCowan has two sons on the DFD. Capt. Mark McCowan and FT. Tim McCowan. Arrangements are pending and will be announced as soon as they are formalized.
There will be a gathering at the American Legion post #7 (Trinity Ave.) for family and friends on May 7th from 12:30 - 2:30pm |
