Winter is long on the Cape! Last year we set snow records for the area. This year the temperatures have dropped to record lows. What's next? Nevertheless, we have enjoyed many brilliantly clear days and beautiful winter scenes. The seals seem to enjoy the arctic-like conditions and the duck watching is good. There is something amazing about looking out at a frozen sound for as far as the eye can see.
We have not outfitted our kayaks to take advantage of the frozen ponds, but many people do enjoy whizzing across on these ice boats, windsurfers and skates.
Of course, we are still working at our jobs.

Wendy and Tom continue to have interesting lives! Tom and Kate will be heading to the West Coast soon. We are excited for them, but will miss them terribly. However, we now have a new vacation spot to visit!
Wendy continues to help people make the most of their lives, find direction and peace in crisis situations. We, as totally objective parents, think she is the most talented, caring, beautiful daughter in the world. Lucky, on the other hand, is one weird dog. What can we say about a dog who wears a kimono?
Yes, the cellar is under construction. At first the progress was so slow as to be imperceptible, but now we have something to show you.
What a guest suite!
