Since my dad was born in November 1914 and Bessie Ripley died June 7, 1917, meant my dad had not reached his 3rd birthday when he lost his mother. She died of Pulmonay Tuberculosis. It listed Bessie (Ryan) Ripley's address as 5 Tenney Street in Lawrence, MA. The person who reported it was listed as Mrs. Higgins of the same exact address. Since the address was the same and I remember the newspaper clipping that Frank Raymond Ripley had saying Samuel Ripley died in the home of his sister a few years after losing his wife to TB, I highly suspect this Mrs. Higgins was Samuel Ripley's sister.

Charlien was married to John H. Peel at the time of the birth of Joseph Ripley. Joseph Ripley Sr. was married to Ada Balderson, Charlien's mother. John Balderson had placed Charlien's oldest 4 children into foster-homes as Charlien was raised in a foster home and had the moral values not worth mentioning.

John Peel Sr. had died at the time of the birth of Joseph Ripley. Charlien used her married name on Joseph Ripley's birth certificate. When she had twin girls two years after the birth of Joseph Ripley, she listed Linda and Brenda as Peel with the father as John Peel even though he had been deceased for close to three years. Of all nine children Charlien had, she only raised her youngest two at the time of her death from bone cancer in La Porte, Indiana.

1984 Transferred To Carswell Air Force Base.

1985 Transferred to Okalhoma Army National Guard

1987 Commissioned to Second Lieutenant and sent to Fort Benning, Georgia

1995 Promoted to rank of Captain and assigned to Battle Projections Group, 87th Training Support Division, Birmingham, Alabama.

Graduated from Calfornia Baptist College in 1982 with a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management. Earned a second Bachelor's degree from Auburn University in Montgomery in Management Information Systems (Computer Programming) in Montgomery, Alabama in March 1998.

After research the family history discovered he has three "Coats of Arms" 1) the Osbaldeston which was seen earlier 2) Ripley Coat of Arms and 3) Through his paternal grandmother also under the Ryan Coat of Arms from Ireland. See the last two pictures of it below.
