Running has always been a relief type of sport for me. As an experienced recreational runner for more than 22 years, I have participated in various 5K's,
10 K's, a few half marathons and 3 marathons. My PR's are not the greatest, but the mental benefits have afforded me a time to unwind, reflect and meditate.
