Our Babies

We got Ginger in January '99 and she is quickly approaching her second birthday in September. She's a tricolored, 13 inch purebred beagle. We love her to death but have to admit she's a lot to handle (I actually had to stop typing this to go grab a shoe from her grasp!).

In keeping with the "spice" theme, my sister Jess suggested we name our kitten Cinnamon. Michael and I wanted a friend for Ginger but didn't think we could handle another puppy. We got Cinnamon when she was really young. We were told she was six weeks old but were laughed out of the vet's two weeks later when we claimed she was eight weeks old! My dad still thinks she's the smallest living thing he'd ever seen. As you can see, she's growing up nicely!

It's these sweet eyes that let her get into so much trouble - how could anything so cute act so BAD?!
