The 44th Regiment North Carolina Troops
Company G

Company G was raised in Orange and Alamance counties, North Carolina, and was enlisted at Hillsborough and Graham, North Carolina in February-March, 1862. It was mustered in at Camp Mangum, near Raleigh, on April 3, 1862, for three years or the duration of the war and was assigned to the 44th Regiment North Carolina Troops as Company G.
