My name is James Owens and I am a 18-year-old amateur radio operator in North Carolina. My amateur radio station ID is KG4AWP. I have been licensed as a technician since November 20,1998. My main interests in amateur radio are SKYWARN and emergency services. I spend the most time on the 145.350- repeater where I am an Alternate Net Control station for the Piedmont Emergency Training Net, as well as a trained SKYWARN spotter. I also stay active with Lincoln County R.A.C.E.S. as a Technical Support Team member.
