When I was nine, we moved to Baltimore, Maryland, and I quickly became an avid Oriole fan. That wasn't hard to do in those days. In 1966 (I was 13), the O's won their first pennant and then the world championship in four straight games over the Dodgers (Sandy Koufax's last games). I got to see the Orioles play in the 1966, 1969 (ouch!!), 1970 and 1971 World Series'.
