Events for October

• This week our tennis team begins state tournament play, Go Lady Aces! An update to this commentary: the Aces defeated South Brunswick in the match, October 17.
• Our Varsity Football Team remains undefeated in the conference
• Our FFA is attending the NC State Fair in Raleigh
• The Human Relations Committee is planning a Veteran's Day Program. We will interview some of our local veterans and televise their responses during the lunches during the week of November 11, Veteran's Day. Veteran's Day honors the men and women who have fought in wartime to defend our freedoms.
