website is run by one individual fan whose objective is
to establish a site, where Bon Voyager fans can learn more about the band,

does not have any disclaimers on it is believed to be
public domain. Should you
find a picture which you own the rights to or know
who owns the rights to it

I will immediately
give the owner full credit
for it, unless, of course, the owner wants it removed
altogether, in which case
I will do my very best to remove the picture from all
parts of JDJ and refrain
from using it. Just as I respect the property of others'
pictures of other materials,
I'd appreciate it if you held that same respect for
my items. No material may
be used from JDJ without permission. If I have sole
rights over it, I will be
more than happy to allow you to use it as long as you
ask first. If the material
belongs to someone else, however, I can give you the
information needed to contact
them for permission. Any material found on another
site which was taken from
JDJ used without permission will result in my kindly
asking you to remove the
