Catching Up With Bon Voyager
by Johanna Crosby - Staff
Writer
Bon Voyager, Cape Cod's version
of Hanson, is still going strong. Since they launched their
pop rock group on Cape Cod
last year, the Greenberg brothers of South Yarmouth, David, 15,
John-Paul, 13, and Jonathan,
11-have been singing and dancing up a storm.
They have a CD, "World of
Dreams", featuring six of their original songs, plus a new website.
They've played concerts
at schools, malls, fairs, festivals, parades, parties, and other events
throughout Massachusetts.
On April 1, they performed at Boston's Faneuil Hall. The brother act
sang for Jordan's Queen
Noor during her visit June 3, in Boston for the UNICEF-sponsered
Children's Walk Against
Land mines.
Local fans can catch the
group during their performances at the Barnstable Country Fair at 2:45
p.m. tomorrow, 7:15 p.m.
Tuesday, and 5:15 p.m. on July 23. The boys do a mix of original and
cover songs. They share
vocals and dance to their music. "They're learning to play the guitar and
write some of their own
songs." says their father/manager, Steven Greenberg, who
writes most of their music.
