Laura Lee's Story
Friends,
I will never understand why all women don't breast feed. When I found out
I was pregnant, I figured it was the only thing I could do. It's one of the
most precious gifts a mother can give. Some people say they not able to or
they don't want the burden. I say children are work and that just comes with
the territory. I never had a problem. I believe most women can breast feed
and doctors have many resources to help, if you're having problems. Don't
get me wrong, I had mastitis twice but on the other hand I saved a huge
amount of money. Because I stayed home It was easy for me, but my girlfriend
worked and pumped three times a day. She said her baby would not take to the
breast but she pumped and gave the baby breast milk threw a bottle. That's
dedication. I breast fed everywhere, I didn't stay at home all the time.
When I was feeding people never knew what the baby was doing, thanks to
breast feeding shirts. It was easy and I never had to worry about heating or
buying milk. Best of all, my baby never had a cold until I quit. They say
studies show breast fed babies grow up more intelligent too.
