I was very fortunate to be blessed with a baby who is a natural at breastfeeding. I experienced no problems, other than sore nipples for the first couple of days. The soreness eased as I learned the proper positioning of my son while he nursed.

I cannot begin to express my sense of accomplishment in knowing that my son's nourishment comes from my body, as it was meant to be. I encourage any mother-to-be to breastfeed so their baby can have the best possible start to a healthy life.

Breastfeeding is absolutely one of the best ways to express your love to your child.
