Anyone who has been to our house knows Don has a little shadow in the form of a black & white Springer named Cricket. On occasion I was able to steal her away so she could visit at dog shows. Cricket loved life more than any dog I have ever known. Whether she was helping gather wood for winter, hunting for pheasants or playing foster mom to a litter of Malamute puppies, by taking them on there first big walk in the woods or to the stream the tail never stopped wagging. As a matter of fact the whole back end wiggled. Cricket loved everyone and never met a stranger. She was the official mascot of Animal Inn making new boarders feel safe. She will be missed by a lot of people. Rest in peace my sweet Cricket.
