My name is Roger, Male...Over 40 but under 60 your choice.
I live in New Zealand at New Plymouth but
generally only at the week-ends.
The remainder of the week, the
working bit remember it,
I spend at Massey University in the
Institute of
Molecular Biosciences where I am engaged on
research.
Currently I'm working on a really ancient plant line,
Anthoceros or Hornworts.
I'm investigating their chloroplast membranes and their reaction to
blue,
red and uv light.
Previously I worked on 2ry metabolites as a
consequence of gene expression.
A precursor to predatory
inhibitors.
I guess im very much a romantic at heart, I write poetry,
play but
mainly listen to the Cello and talk of things that interest me.
I adore walking through our subtropical rainforest bush,
and looking
at the shaded plants.
I'm in love with trees, ferns and their ecology
and being a Piscean water.
My favorite music is the rites of passage the wind in the tree
branches,
the sound of water rushing.
I am the sound of water
drops onto the silent Styx in its stygian cave.
My wish is to attain peace of spirit and for you to do so too.
I have
paid my rite of passage and returned.
I know the green eyes in the dark,
been there,
I have felt the
highs of passion and the lows of farewell and isolation, been there.
Enjoy life as it comes, you have still a lot to offer.
Your passage
runs along the path, you cannot know it all.
