The next day Nick got up early and thought he might go for a ride in his truck. Try to get away from things for a little while. He made some breakfast then packed a snack for that afternoon. After he ate, he grabbed his keys and walked towards the front door. He peeked out the window…and to his surprise, he didn’t see any fans waiting on him. This was great he though. He wasn’t going to have to sneak out the back this time. He stepped out and walked around the house to the garage. As he turned the corner though, he was greeted by two teenage girls, “ AHHH!! You’re Nick Carter!! WE LOVE YOU NICK!!! OH MY GOD!!! SIGN THIS SIGN THIS!!! CAN WE TAKE YOUR PICTURE!!” One girl shoved papers and a pen into his hands while the other started snapping pictures left and right. Nick sighed to hisself. He turned and ran back to his house. He called the security guy at the gate to come handle the matter. Looked like he was going to spend another day in his house.
Nick sighed as he went upstairs to his room. He layed down on his bed and bounced a ball against his wall for about 30 minutes. Then he saw a light blinking in the corner. Nick smiled and opened up his lap top. He signed on and started wondering through a few chat rooms. What was the latest rumor about the BSB? Well, according to some girls, AJ was engaged and Nick was getting married as well. Nick thought to himself, “Well gosh, I’m glad I found out before the wedding day.” He laughed to himself them heard the sound of a door opening. He pulled up his buddy list and smiled. She was there….he quickly IMd her:
Bb128surf: Hey you!
Pierced19: Hi Nick :o) How are ya?
Bb128surf: I’ve been better, kinda bored.
Pierced19: Well it’s a beautiful day outside…why are you still indoors?
Bb128surf: I dunno, just not in the mood to do anything I guess, might go ride my boat later though
Pierced19: Oh that sounds fun. I was swimming earlier, just got in
Bb128surf: Oh man…that’s too bad, I missed seeing you in that bathing suit :o)
Pierced19: lol, awww, you’re too kind. Actually though, I’m going out again later. You should ride by. I’m just gonna be w/ a few friends. We don’t bite :o)
Nick smiled again, “Yes, I’d love to!” He thought to hisself. Then he looked out his window…there were still some girls outside. Plus what was he thinking…he couldn’t just walk out in public. He would have to take along his guards...and then deal w/ the crazy fans. He looked back at the computer and lied to Leslie….
Bb128surf: Well, I don’t think I can. I have some friends coming over later. Thanks anyway.

Nick thought for a minute…should he? What would she say if she knew who he was. He thought for a minute, then said…what the hell. He found a nice picture and emailed it to her.

Nick was getting very nervous. Maybe he had just made a big mistake. But he had to know what she would think. He felt something for this girl…something deep inside. And he had no idea what it was. He had never even met her in person. But then again…stranger things had happened. Nick continued to sit patiently as he waited for Leslie to respond.
Pierced19: Nick?
Bb128surf: yeah?
Pierced19: lmao…funny, Nick Carter? Is that the best you could do? Really…do you have a picture or not?
Bb128surf: You mean you don’t believe that’s me?
Pierced19: lol, why in the world would Nick Carter be in his house talking to me…when he could be out w/ any girl he wanted? Please…again though, do you have a picture?
Nick could understand where she was coming from. But he still wanted to do a little more. He knew what he had to do…he might regret it though…
Bb128surf: You don’t believe me? Well then….I think I might have changed my plans…I think I will meet you after all. You know where Capriccio Lane is?
Pierced19: yeah
Bb128surf: Well, meet me at the big house w/ the iron gate at 4:00. I’ll be the one w/ the guards.
Pierced19: God you’re funny…but if you say so. But just so you know I’m bringing a friend :o) You never can be too careful these days ya know :o)

Nick turned off his computer. What had he just done! Was he making a mistake? Or was this gonna be the beginning of something great? There was only one way to find out. Nick called his 2 guards and told the plan. “Are you crazy Carter?” one them asked.
Nick just thought to himself, “ I guess I am.” With that thought, he grabbed his wallet and opened his front door. He was greeted by the screams of 10 young girls. “What was I thinking?????”
