How To Do Proper Citations

This will be one of the most important things you need to keep in mind when doing your project. If you do not properly cite things that you use in your project, you are plagiarizing and will fail this project. Plagiarizing is a serious crime, if you do it in college you will be finitio. You must remember that anything you use from another site or book, even if you go in the thesaurus and change a few words, is copying another person's ideas. So, what you must do is cite the material you used to get this borrowed idea. Teachers now have sites that can tell them if you plagiarize, so they can and will catch you, so don't even try it! Below you will find links on how to cite things, including Mr. Greenberg's rules which are the most important ones to follow. If you have any questions, email me, I don't want you to fail! ;)
