Our Uwharrie Outpost is located on Hwy 24/27 between Albemarle and Troy, NC near the Pee Dee River Bridge, and next door to the Uwharrie Sportsman Store and Grill. The Uwharrie Sportsmans store carries a full range of camping, hunting, bait and fishing supplies, gas and propane, and groceries. Advance reservations are required for overnight trips from our Uwharrie Outpost.
Day and Rental Canoe trips leave the outpost at 9am, 11am and 3pm.
Overnight canoe camping trips leave the Outpost at 3pm, and return the next day around noon. An experienced outdoor Guide, friendly service, deluxe river-side dinner and breakfast is included on overnighters, as well as complete outfitting.

All rates are per person. Prices do not include state sales tax except where noted. All participants will be required to sign a waiver. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your reservation. All gear and outfitting is included. All trips are conducted by an experienced Outdoor River Guide.
