Tekken 3 Arcade Enable All Time Release Options
This is a patcher for Tekken 3 Arcade ("tekken3" is the MAME name) that unlocks all possible time-released options. I believe I've found the only address in the NVRAM responsible for time-released items. It was designed for use with MAME 0.85 compatible files.
Also included is a known-working "tekken3.nv" file with the time-release modifications, in case you just don't want to run the program for some reason.
