Of course we all know the new album is out today.. In case you didn't already have a copy, it rocks! In fact, what are you doing reading your e-mail? Go buy Steve's album! And while you're at it, go visit kickass StevePoltz/Rugburns website: http://home1.gte.net/ericj1/rugburns/index.html
The site is updated almost daily wow!.. I already have all the lyrics for one left shoe typed out.. Damn, I'm smooth..
For those of you who've missed me, I've got to admit that I've got a new respect for Jewel.. I'm not saying I particularly enjoy her music or her poetry, but she really has done alot to boost Steve's career lately, and for that I gotta give her props. From: Kevin(me)
just a thought... Jewel wouldnt be where she is today without Steve. No credit due.. In my opinion.
From: Kevin (me) I hate to sound like a Jewel fan because I'm not. But the lyrics look like Steve grabbed a Jewel CD when he sat down to write them. I dunno what the connection is or how it worked but it sounds like a male Jewel. I think Steve's trying to get where Jewel is by copying her. I wouldn't know though. All I can say is there are way too many similarities in thier music to just be coincidence or matching karma. It's a great cover CD. OF JEWEL. personal opinion. Not that I don't like it.
