People:
A list of Hawkbrothers and wingsibs (and some villans) who I think are cool. (And possibly bishounen, too?)Hopefully the descriptions will grow as I work on them...work will be sporadic as I have huge chunks of time, but few and far between. ^_^
Vanyel Ashkevron k'Valdemar k'Treva:
- Vanyel Ashkevron. @_@kawaii! THE last Herald-Mage. Well, what can I say? There's too much to tell you. If you really want to know, then you can read the Last Herald Mage trilogy. If you don't really care, I suggest you read it anyway.
Firesong k'Treva:
- Firesong…the bishounen, Shay'a'chern Healing-Adept whom we all love so much. His life is a lot like Vanyels, excepting the fact that he lives to an old age. He's descended from Vanyel's line; his mother settled in k'Treva, but his father was a wanderer. Like Van, Firesong doesn't have a very good relationship with his father. His bondbird is a firebird named Aya, and his lover is the k'Leshya kestra'chern, Silverfox.
Darkwind k'Sheyna:
- Adept who partners Elspeth; he's just plain cool.
Starwind k'Treva:
- Savil and Van's friends; he and Moondance taught Vanyel after his ashke died. Healing-Adept.
Moondance k'Treva:
- Shay'kreth'ashke of Starwind and teacher of Vanyel.
Snowfire k'Vala:
- Adopted Darian as his younger brother. Adept. Married Nightwind k'Leshya.
Savil Ashkevron k'Valdemar k'Treva:
- Saved Starwind's life; became wingsib of k'Treva clan. Van's aunt, and 2nd-to-last Herald-Mage. She's very tough, but her emotional connections run very deeply; she hates having to see her students die.
Urtho:
- Major mage; created Gryphons, hertasi, and others. He and Ma'ar battled, which was the cause of the mage wars. Urtho's the good guy; his tower lies in the center of the Dhorisha plains, which were created by his Final Strike.
Ma'ar:
- The other major mage. Created Makaar and others. He and Urtho ended up destroying each other. Ma'ar's tower was at the center of what is now Lake Evendim, created by the blast of the weapon Urtho used to destroy him.
Falconsbane:
- Reincarnation (sorta) of Ma'ar. When a boy, An'desha, tried to perform a fire spell, Ma'ar's spirit possessed his body and took over. He has some cool quotes.
