All results go to me, Stephanie, and if I can't do them or have a problem putting them up, I'll forward them to Megan.

And Then Actual Results......
The show results must be in 2 weeks at the most after the actual show date
When hosting a show remember RL and don't host one when you'll be busy
If you need an extension for a valid reason give me 2 days notice before the show
You must tell me if you choose to cancel your show before the one week deadline is up, or else I'll assume your show was not canceled and you'll be suspended
When sending in results send them in one peice
If your results late 1 day after the week deadline you will receive a warning.
If your results late 2 days after the week deadline you'll be suspended for 1 week.
If your results are 1 week and 5 days late after the week deadline you'll be suspended for 2 weeks.
If your results are 2 weeks late after the week deadline you'll be suspended for 3 weeks.
If your results are 3 or more weeks late you'll be suspended for 4 weeks and won't be able to hold a show for 2 months
When you're suspended that means you may not post to the digest and enter or host shows. However you're still allowed to interact with other PONY players because we have no way of enforcing that. Please keep in mind that I'm not a PONY police officer and would not like to be one...therefore I don't go around and make sure you're following the rules if you get suspended. I trust you will take your punishments seriously.
