of the requirements that each applicant must meet before their application is
processed.
Applicant must be 21 years of age.
Applicant must provide a police report for
all occupants over 16 years old.
Applicant must provide a State Issued
picture Identification.
Applicant must provide a Social Security
Card.
Applicant must provide 12 months of payroll
documentation (W2 form of past year or last pay stub in December showing
year-to-date income).
Applicant must provide car registration if
they have a vehicle.
Applicant must be gainfully employed.
Applicant must gross 3 times the rate of
rent. (Bring the last 2months pay stubs.)
Applicant must have no pets.
Applicant must provide $25.00 application
fee per adult.
Applicant must provide a copy of current
lease agreement and copies of canceled checks or receipts of rental payments.
