The picture to the right is of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. It is the tallest brick lighthouse in North America at 193 feet. The Cape Hatteras Light is often called the "Queen of North America Lights." It was recently moved inland to keep it from falling into the sea it has watched over since 1871.
