Our Tips for *NSYNC Impersonators
"For Shame, you shouldn't pretend to be us! :)"
Tar and I talk every night on the computer, and we have found that we
get cheap thrills from talking to *NSYNC and as the case may be, OTHER boy
band impersonators. Some of them are very good, and very belivable, but
some..well they aren't that good. Here are a few tips we, the
queens of figuring out *NSYNC impersonators:
~ Do not make up screen names like JoeFatone or CkIrKpAtRiCk. That is
very not beliveable. If you are going to make up a screen name, make
it something they are interested in or something that REPRESENTS them.
Having their name as their screen name only proves that it's not them.
~ Be Nice. If you are mean or rude to any fans,even the beligerent ones,
you will never make it as an *NSYNC impersonator. Think of it this way:
Why would the real *NSYNC jepordize any of their fans by being mean? Doubt it.
~ Don't be too loose with the *NSYNC trivia. In other words, don't go into
a chat room and be like, "Hey this is chris, and my favorite color is
silver"...when they ask, respond. But don't say it just becuase you know it.
~ If you are on AOL, don't put up a profile. Put yourself in their position:
You put up a profile, 100,000 little girls search for your profile, your
mailbox immediately fills up. But if you are WANTING that to happen, go right ahead.
~ It is very important to keep the official site handy while you are talking.
This way, you won't have to commit the tour dates to memory
~ Use common sense when you are figuring out "where you are". If you had
a concert in Pennsylavia that ended at 11, and your concert the next day is in
Albany, give yourself time to "get" there..I had a Joey poser tell me once
that they were already at their next location, even though their concert
had just ended apx. 30 minutes before.
~ Lie, just like the real boys would. If someone asks who Justin is dating, say nobody,
even if you know better, and know Justin is "dating" sevral girls a night.
~ If you feel the need to be Joey, please do not hit on every girl, Joey would not do this,
he thinks he is much too smooth.
