Third Charm Training Center is a private equestrian training and breeding facility located in Midland, NC. It is located convenient to Charlotte, Monroe and Concord, NC. ARICP Certified Instructor Jennifer J. Sullivan and BWFA Certified Farrier Dwayne Holder live on-premises and provide the finest care for visiting broodmares or horses in training.

The well-lit main barn contains nine stalls including a broodmare stall, a wash stall with hot and cold water, tack/feed room, and 30x48' loft. Immediately behind the barn is a lighted all-weather riding arena with dressage letters and jumps--mirrors are on their way--and a multi-level cross-country course winds through the woods and pastures. The entire property is safely enclosed by four-board wooden fencing, providing turnout for the main herd, and there are paddocks with loafing sheds for horses requiring individual turnout.

Third Charm is dedicated to training rider and horse for the Olympic disciplines of Dressage, Show Jumping, and Eventing, using classical principles in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We are pleased to offer ARICP Certified riding instruction and training in Dressage, Open Jumping, and Eventing for individuals who are interested in becoming serious competitors and all-around equestrians.

For those who would like to breed their next competition mount, Third Charm is proud to offer at stud the Thoroughbred Stallion "Lose That" (Pass the Line x Wajima's Lady), an accomplished performer with the conformation, temperament, athletic ability, movement, and brilliance to make your dreams of the ideal foal come true. We also have foals available out of excellent mares.
