Laughing Owl Farm is a grass farm. The main purpose here, besides avoiding
a real job, is to grow high-quality forage and market it through animals
that will harvest it as a natural part of their day to day activities.
It is called management-intensive grazing. A midwestern university study
concluded that animals like to move around and grasses prefer to stay put.
