We set up the same as we did in the sideline trapping drill here.We put the center downcourt and a offensive player too. Don`t allow the dribbler pass untill she is trapper ,or right at being trapped.She then passes to the other player downcourt,the defender trys to pick off the pass.If successful,try a little 3 on 2 fast breaking.If the pass is complete,let the offense score if possible.Keep score,the winner gets to see the others run 5 laps or whatever. You must keep the second offensive player over toward the sidelines to keep it interesting. |
