Unsolved Rapes

In July, 1989 a rapist waited inside a residence until the white female occupant arrived from her evening job. He grabbed from behind, handcuffed her hands behind her back and forced her to the bedroom where he tied her face down, spread-eagle, on her bed. He taped her mouth shut with camouflaged tape. For the next few hours he beat her with a rope, pinched her, traced her body with a knife and threatened to cut her nipples off. He raped and sodomized her and then told her not to worry...he wasn't going to make a statistic out of her.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: 5'8", stocky build, grey-blue eyes, spoke with an accent, dressed in black or dark clothing, wore fabric gloves and had a hood, with eye-holes cut out, over his head. If you think you have any information pertaining to this crime or similar crimes, email NCIE
