Missing since August 7, 1997 from Douglas, Coffee County, Georgia: (1)Tisha Soto (DOB: 03-19-79) Ms Soto, may be licensed under the name Moran; (2) Vanissa Soto (DOB 02-08-97)(3) Felipe "Junior" Moran (DOB 07-02-95). Ms. Soto and the two children were last heard from August 7, 1997 from Douglas, Coffee County, GA. Only a few clothes were missing. Age 16: Was last seen March 12, 1999 in Edwardsville, Illinois getting into a 1985 grey and Candice2

black Ford panel van. The van has a thin red strip and Illinois plates #D213644. She was wearing a Pizza Hut Uniform when she was dropped off at work just before disappearing. Candice is 5'2" tall, 110 pounds, lightened-blonde short hair and grey-blue eyes. Her date of birth is October 19, 1982. She is believed to be traveling with TIM HOWELL (DOB 5-18-77). Marian Hurley: Granbury, Texas - Last seen 09/18/1999
Age 44: 5' 4", Greenish-blue eyes and brown hair. Marian has numerous scars on both legs from an automobile accident. She has steel pins in her leg bones and both ears are pierced. Marian, her husband, and their 2 young daughters went camping at DeCordova Dam Park in Granbury TX on Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999. She has never been heard from again. Age 21: 5' 6", 198 lbs, brown eyes and brown hair. Tayisha has piercings on her left eyebrow and on her tongue. She has a child birth scar on her stomach. She was last seen on the 21st of January, 2001 on a way to meet a friend (Juan) in Brooklyn whom she met through the internet. She called home about 9:00 p.m., and told the family she had arrived and that she would be back the next day. She does not respond to her cell phone.

Charles Ned Womack: Muskogee, Oklahoma: September 1, 2000
Age: 58, 5' 1", 160 lbs., Blue eyes, gray hair. Mr. Womack was last seen on September 1, 2000 when he left his wife of 40 years in Odessa, Texas to go to Muskogee, Oklahoma to live with his son, Henry W. Womack, whom he had not seen in 23 years. Charles Womack draws a Veterans check and the checks are being cashed regularly even though none of his family members have heard from him and the son denies knowing his whereabouts.
