A way of reasoning an argument is with Toulmin Logic. It uses basic information in the form of reason, warrant, and claim. A claim is what a person is trying to argue. The reason would be why someone feels the way he or she does about the argument. The warrant backs up the reason and therefore supports the claim as well. This format is not the most factual way of argument but it is effective. The Toulmin Logic appears to be an extremely solid form of argument that a person could use to argue a large amount of subjects. I think for my first essay Toulmin Logic can be used very effectively. The argument would be that I am this way because of this, so in any given situation I should react like this. I will probably be using this form of argument more than a few times in my essay #1.
