This page defines me.. Tells you who I am. I am Curran. I was born in Roanoke, Virginia, on July 20th, 1979. Raised in The Star City of the South until 1986, when my parents moved us overseas to Germany. Because of this move, I am one of few people who have not only been outside of their city or state, but outside of their country, and even their continent. I have traveled all over Europe, and I am better because of it. I have experienced the actual culturals while many people read about it and believe the perceptions fed to them by the 5 second clips that the media choose to portray. I went to the majority of elementary, middle, and high school in Giessen, Germany. Giessen is a city in central Germany, and very culturally diverse. Although all thru my time spent in Germnany when one asked where I was from, I would respond, "America". You ask me now where I am from, I am proudly claiming GIESSEN, GERMANYNow I go to college, and I am back in America, in North Carolina, and even MORE specifically, Hickory. I attend LENOIR-RHYNE COLLEGE
