Norm MacDonald stars as a loser-type guy who opens a business specializing in getting revenge. This movie would have been a lot better if someone else had gotten his part. Norm was funny on Saturday Night Live, but as a movie actor he is the worst! I guarantee you'll never see him in another film.
There is one great scene in this movie: A used car dealer is doing a live commerical, but there are whores inside all the car trunks. Norm's walking around popping open trunks saying, "Oh my God! There's a whore in this trunk! What's going on? These cars are loaded with whores!"
