Uhhhh....hmmm...I'm hardly the most interesting person to write about...One of my favourite pastimes is biting people, and I also enjoy playing the theme tune from Star Trek using only my chin and a piece of dental floss. My main hobby is piercing stuff, now that they took away my box of matches *mutters about those damn guys with the white coats*.... I do engage in the occasional sacrificial ceremony, especially if the victim is likely to be a priest, or if he looks like he might be related to the Teletubbies or the Spice Girls (and hey, let's face it- Robbie Williams *does* look a bit like Doggy...uhh...Sporty Spice). Now that I have alienated Teletubby fans, Spice Girl fans, and Robbie Williams fans (yeah, like there are some out there somewhere....), not to mention quite a large proportion of one of the world's leading religions, I'd just like to say- Do not bother emailing me as I will probably just start licking the computer- a habit which I have been discouraged from, especially in public libraries. Please sign the guestbook instead, ok?
I chose my name because of the Roman myth about Andromeda and the Kraken. Andromeda was the king's daughter, and the people of her country were all disobeying the gods. So the gods sent punishment, in the form of a giant seamonster, the Kraken. The Kraken was going to eat all the people in the country unless the king gave up his daughter. So he tied Andromeda to a rock island near the shore, and she waited there alone through the night, waiting to be eaten by the sea monster at dawn. But just as the sun rises, and she could see the sea monster swimming closer to her, her hero comes and saves her. Perseus was 'just passing by', and happened to notice a very beautiful (and naked) babe chained to the rock. So, he untied her, killed the sea monster, and they all lived happily ever after.
Well, I can see parallels in my life, anyway. I'm just waiting for dawn, and death. I don't believe in heroes though...*violins playing*
