The council meets once a mounth or if a problem happens
with in the clan. They are also representatives of the
clan. They talk and discuss what is going on with the clan
and vote on subjects such as clan rules, alling with clans,
kicking members out of the clan, etc. Being on the council
doesn't meen they are the best players in MCclan. They
will have a mix of diploamcy, skill (not the most important,
and being able to attend meetings.
