Family Tree DNA

Family Tree DNA  facilitates genealogy DNA projects on the Y-DNA descended male side of the family, because the Y-DNA follows the traditional lines of surname descent. 

The first step, is to test a male descendant of the Self bloodline.  Next we test other male Self descendants and then we compare results for matches.  Matches indicate a common ancestor.
