Sensitive Issue? I Digress.

I was wondering the other day after reading some hatemail, (sort of) from Mr Be-Holy-Or-You-Will-Be-Struck-Down-By-Lightning, why so much emphasis on religion now? Nobody cared whether you were Muslim, Jew, Christian, Hindu, Buddhist or whatever years back. Not much anyway. So now because of September 11th, the American Icon, all of you become paranoid about religion and terrorist attacks. First of all, why bother about terrorists and what not, because, really, trust me, if it's your time to go, it's your time to go. If you don't get blasted by an explosion in a bar, you'll get hit by a train. Simple as that. There are so many ways to die. (Leave this to Liane. She's the morbid one.) So that was one of my points I was trying to make you obsessed people realize. Well, the problem isn't really religion here, it's the media. (Yes, the media. They get blamed for everything. Take pity upon these poor worthless souls.) Even if you just happen to glance at the headlines on the newspaper at any given day, you will find something on the U.N, Iraq, terrorists, bombings, the U.S and so on and so forth. Of course, you'll get influenced. Who wouldn't?! I don't really know why I'm even writing this entry, when this is really supposed to be directed to the dimunitive minority of kiddies who watch the news suffering from paranoia. So now, this sucky essay will now end. END.
