Dick van Dyke Perfume Banned

Perfume manufacturers Chanel have come under fire from users of their new fragrance based on the preferences of veteran actor Dick van Dyke. The perfume, 'Eau de Dyke' and has caused a stir in the female population. Sarah Froudell of Nottingham told us this.

"After applying the perfume, which was a gift from my estranged husband, I noticed that my female friends started acting strangely around me. They started stroking my hair and growling strangely at me. After a confusing time where I pondered getting a tattoo of an anchor, I soon washed the stuff off and everything returned to normal."

Other complaints from people smelling of 'Dyke' include mobbings on streets and an obsession with 'Dyke' users cutting their hair short and wearing checkered lumberjack shirts. The public decided to petition against it, causing the government to have it removed from shelves. A spokesman for Chanel told us that there was nothing wrong with smelling of 'Dyke' and that it was very popular in test runs throughout Amsterdam.

The male version of the scent ' Eau de Dick' is still available.
