1    Robert Stewart married Anne Patterson in Ireland. They had the following children.

2    Robert born about 1800 married Margaret Green in Drumholm in 1835 they came to Batsto New Jersey in 1839.

2    George was born about 1803 and died 1895 in Portnason County Donegal Ireland.

2    James married Anne Maguire in 1846.

2    John was born 1811 in Dunmuckrum County Donegal and went to New York City.

2    Jane the only daughter married Robert Peyton Graham in 1851 and lived in Sligo Town County Fermanagh Ireland till his death in 1864 when she was moved to Lambeth England by her brother in law.

I believe Robert was descended from Anthony Stewart born about 1700 died 1759 in Dunmuckrum County Donegal Ireland. I found a will on Anthony and he leaves his ground to three sons Robert, Anthony and John. A couple of generations later my Robert that came to NJ sells part of it. This same Robert has a cousin Thomas who moved to New York and an Uncle James that went to Saint Johns New Brunswick Canada.
