Moon: First Landing and the Future of Space Travel.

Trivia Question: When people first landed on the moon, what were the first words?
Trivia Answer: If you said "Engine stop", you are right!
We congratulate Neil Armstrong for his bravery and leadership.
We also commend the many other fine people giving support for this and similar missions into outer space.
REASONING:
We have a formidable success rate, yet a tremendous flaw exists and continues to be perpetuated against progress.
In relativity terms, as with any action there was an equal and opposite reaction. The opposite reaction was not the diminishing of interest on the center of the earth. The opposite reaction was that many people chose to not think rationally.
Those protestors chose to harm the space program and it's supporters by using idle and/or random chatter in the guise of Godliness. These great people are to be admired for their faith, but their backsliding in good works are less worthy of our admiration.
In terms of higher reasoning (or the big picture), it is important for us to not focus on the wrongness of the protestors (that's the job of police and military), but we need to focus on overcoming system failure. We as a people do nicely technically, relating to most physics.
Applying physics to people as a whole is another matter. As published years ago by A Check Exact News (no affiliation unless otherwise stated) a standardization (or fairness) barrier exists, imposed by government to gain advocacy (3 Nephi 11.30). Rightly government should not control human standardization with regard to separation of church and state, doctor / patient confidentiality, personal privacy, and similar.
Clearly since government should not intervene in certain areas, one non-governmental standardization body formed for this purpose needs to be fully authorized by government to coordinate all of these areas for the people, as well as for government, as VGC Foundation uniquely works to accomplish, supporting the protection each party's purpose, confidentiality, freedom, and so on as pertinent. [Note: VGC has started work with the White House and at other levels of government.]
Proof for this future logic plan can be achieved through reverse reasoning that without such standardization, progress time is wasted.
TIME:
Since the future is about the concept of time, we need to address that concept. While Einsteinian Theory includes the idea that we can use time such as to travel through time and/or otherwise control time (Reference: The Cause of the Coriolis Effect), for safety, greater advancements and/or planning need to be made in this field (including energy wave controls) prior to this author saying it's safe to time travel now or in the near future. One such device that would likely have positive impact on time travel is something that would quantify time at various eras (internal) at various situations (external).
For instance, let's say your clock (your starting point) is linear (adding minute to minute). Another clock (internal) would add different units if traveling at or near the speed of light. Yet another clock (external) would measure the time of the overlap time, or the time frame of your time travel destination. These would first have to be calibrated relative to each other, so each would need to be immune to each other's time frame when brought together for calibration.
Time can simply be calculated, but that's like trying to land on the moon without first having invented a clock.
Logically the first step in actual time travel would be the sending of not a person through time, but a signal that we could detect.
NEAR FUTURE:
Since we have yet to detect a signal known to have done pertinent time travel to our understanding, let's consider what we do know.
In working together for good, we find not only achievements, but also associated benefits, and with the whole greater than the sum of it's parts, the achievements are even greater, and so on. So we can have theories.
Since theories are easier to formulate given indicators, we logically want to have indicators. Since indicators, other than theoretical (not to disregard these important values), are found with equipment, we need to apply equipment logically for this purpose.
Logically, speed is of the essence for future advancements. Yet speed alone, such as found with energy waves, has limitations. While energy waves are useful for carrying their energy form, they are less useful for carrying other matter and/or energy forms. For example, a microwave does not typically move water parallel to the wave, but it vibrates water perpendicular to the wave.
Progress is being made in parallel linear movement, such as non-light tubes (light waves separated by partial light wave distances) yet much needs to be done.
Expanding on the perpendicular idea, a large applicable wave and/or many tuned small waves could be used, yet these depend largely on time constraints due to particle velocity limitations in space.
So as in the link above, very near future space travel could involve such natural waves and particles.
So the next step in the future would be with emulation equipment most involved with speed, such as laser, fiber optic, electronic, and similar would likely be involved.
Energy generating and receiving equipment, such as similar to radar that curves around a mountain, has good detection capabilities, but lacks [hands for] construction capabilities.
Likewise focused beams have similar values, so would likely be limited to NASA/Winglee type locomotion.
THE NEXT STEP:
For distant propulsion through space, allow that which is able to easily traverse space in almost no time do the traveling for us. Such requires no time to build travel rate due to G-forces. Building-up speed with above stated NASA/Winglee plans can take months.
So high speed detection would be used to locate distant natural lifeforms and/or equipment. With no lifeform yet noted in any distant galaxy, and only nominal equipment there, such as rocks, planets, and storms, we then turn our focus back to NASA/Winglee in conjunction with signaling.
As with John Chapman, Johnny Appleseed, NASA/Winglee would begin salting the Universe with robots until a faster way was found. The robots (with applicable supplies not found in-situ) would construct transmitters/receivers, more robots, mining operations, cities, perhaps biologic, and so forth.
Then multi-dimensional studies through space would develop more rapidly, such as worm hole concepts. Likely more importantly would be array type systems, focusing energy where it is needed, such as for optimizing space craft propulsion.
By that time we should be able to overcome many of the difficulties associated with space debris, G-forces, and similar. By then we should also have cities built and waiting for us if we choose.
Yet also by then our virtual reality world may have progressed so far that we are no longer interested in leaving our safe and cozy habitat.
