Our Third Oldest
Cynthia was the first girl in the family in eons! What a pleasure! She, like her Mother, is very sweet,(like the beautiful Rose), very pretty and has that "business mind"! No wonder she has worked her way up the ladder at her workplace so fast. She is a Financial Advisor with Ducatti Motorcycles on the West Coast. We are very proud of her accomplishments and she loves her job. Cynthia is working on a college degree as well as holding down her full time job! What a work load! Cynthia was my fishing partner and I loved it when she went with me! We had fun. She catches, I clean! Isn't that the way it is supposed to work? I don't complain!
Our Baby, well at one time anyway!
Jennifer is the youngest,(I promised I would not divulge her age). Jen too, has a very sweet personality,(like her Rose) and just like her sister and Mother. She has followed her sisters footsteps in the job market. She too was a Supervisor at General Electric. Now she is a full time Mother. She took a leave of absence from her job and devoting all her time to caring for and raising their first little girl, Kaitlyn Isabelle, and just recently a new baby boy, William. What a couple of bundles of joy! Jennifer & her great husband Matt are very proud of those little ones & rightfully so. Matt, her husband is my computer "guru", and very well versed in the computer knowledge field. He knows his way around computers with his eyes closed. How can I get any luckier? He just fit right into the family.
Rock Hog Himself & A Wonderful Woman
See, I can smile sometimes! So many wonder why I don't smile more? Its not that I don't want to, it's just that I am so pre-occupied with being thankful for the family I have around me, and when you get as old as I am, it takes a while to kick the ole 'smilin muscles into gear but they will come around! I do need to work on that. I smile a lot for that beautiful woman standing beside me though! There are many times I just sit and contemplate on my happiness, and know that there are many other people in this world just like my family that are as happy as I am. Life is what you make of it, and most people make it into a great life! I have a whole list of things I am happy and very thankful for. Numero Uno on that list is my family. They are wonderful and all are very caring. So, is this what a Rock Hound looks like? Yea, ya 'betcha! At least this Rock Hound looks like this! Much water has passed under the bridge since I started with my "rocky" ways! I am a retired Police Officer, and now gainfully employed again as too much time on your hands results in idleness. Tried the retirement scene but could just not get satisfied. Now, with my busy schedule again, I still find plenty of time to create mountains of rocks all over my yard. Ill never get tired of them! Every weekend, I'm out "rockin" or "fishing" or making "Spheres"! What a fantastic hobby. My new book on rock hunting is a big hit, and selling all over the world like hotcakes! It really pleases me! My 'rockin partner is my buddy Patches. She loves to get out in the wide open country. When I get the chance, I will put a picture of that "Rock Huntin Dog" on, if I can get her down off that pile of rocks!
