I haven't received any official rulings for the All Star Ballot, so I assume we'll be proceeding the same way as last year.
1. You can send more than one ballot, if you need to -- only the last one will be counted.
2. Don't abuse on rule #1.
3. You can't vote for your own players. To spare us from any kind of favoritism, or anti-favoritism, you simply can't vote for your own players. You may vote for a player you used to own, or want to own, but not those you currently own.
A list of players will be displayed with their week 13 stats (total from all teams). If a player is not in the list, you may still vote for him. The team shown is the last team in which the player has had stats. If any player is not in the right league, for example, John Doe is marked down as being from Ontario, but has been traded to Eagle Lake (and just hasn't played yet), and you want to vote for him, use the LL write-in box, instead of the SL box. I'll fix any errors if you notify me.
Players listed have at least 30 games at that position, or 40 games at any outfield position, and pitchers have 30 innings and an ERA under 4.00. Other players may be added, via the write-in vote.
Choose for each league::
1 Catcher 1 First baseman 1 Second baseman 1 Third baseman 1 Shortstop 3 Outfielders 5 Pitchers
The catcher and infield positions won't give you a choice, but for outfield and pitcher ballots, I can't (well, don't feel like implementing) a counter that limits you to 3 or 5, so if you put too many or too few, I'll e-mail you.
