There is a burglar alarm ( very loud!) fitted. Enclosed rear garden, mainly lawned. Carpets and most furniture included (not washing mchine or TV). Kitchen has a gas cooker & 'fridge. Parking is 'on street' but Stanley Road is not a through route so is quite quiet. Located in Hartshill within walking distance of the hospitals, where many residents work, the house is close to Newcastle and a short drive from Hanley.
