Who has not been affected at one moment or other in their life by the words and music of reggae. As time has progressed, reggae has realized its depth and profoundness and continues to aid and influence many of us. For sure, this music of African origin has elements born out of the first voyage to Ethiopia: a country at the same time far and close by since Africa is the cradle of humanity. All have been touched by the spirit of solidarity, the true happiness of life, the spiritual richness of Ethiopians facing poverty and true physical suffering on a land that is more and more thankless. Many parties and festivals of traditional African music have taken place in France contributing to the goal of promoting reggae music and aiding Ethiopia, facilitated humanitarian missions in the region of Shashamane in Ethiopia.

Thanks to the support of numerous artists who wait for the day when they are able to express their music in their original country and to the common motivation of an important group of people a new project is born: the creation and the production of a grand reggae festival and traditional music in Ethiopia: an event that takes place each year at Addis Ababa and whose goal is at the same time cultural, humanitarian and ecological.
