1. You must supply a link back to me while using the name blinky I made for you. I'd like the link to be on your main page, credits page, or the exact page the name blinky is being used on. If you mention it in your blog and link me then, you still must supply my link in a safe place where it will stay for the whole time you are using it. Blogs get old and deleted, and therefore my link will no longer be up. I work hard on each and every name blinky and deserve some credit :o)
2. You must have a website with a well show of effort and knowledge of HTML. I'll accept expage users, but their sites must have content, a layout, taste, and effort. I'm sorry, but I will not make name blinkies for sites who don't know HTML themselves.
3. This counts for Expage users too; you must already know how to put the name blinky on your site, by yourself. I don't have the time to teach you individually how to, sorry! So if you don't know how to put the name blinky on your site, no bother requesting one.
4. Write "Cutie Pie" on the form when I ask "Have you Read the Rules?"
5. Treat me politely and with kindness. You'll get your name blinky a lot quicker and will have better chances of me making you one.
6. Don't ask for a name blinkie if you will not use it. It's a waste of both our time.
