Alongside in Freeport
We challenged each other to reach the bottom, and bring up the largest, and most colourful shell.
Me at an open air Market
The Blood Transfusion Service visited the ship whilst we were there, looking for volunteers.
As I remember.... they were offering "cash" payment....... and so got plenty of people to
come forward !
Enjoying the beaches !
There were a few "nasties" in the sea, so we had to wear "pumps" whilst swimming.
Out for the day !
I'm on the red bike, with Terry Fawcett in the middle. Terry's brother, Allan was also a member of the ships crew. Both now work for B.T., and live locally, so we still enjoy a few pints, and a curry together !
A welcome break in the shade
I'm in the orange T shirt, and again Terry is in the middle. I cant remember the other lads name......... I think he was from Hastings ?, do you recall his name ?
