If you are looking for privacy, comfort, lots of space for the kids to play and explore, clean fresh sea air and an opportunity to "get away" from it all - this is what we offer at Seaside Getaway.

For the kiddies - lots of space to play, meet new friends at the volleyball area, maybe a game of horseshoes, or sandcastle building on one of the nearby beaches located directly on the picturesque Bay of Chaleur.

We are ideally located - on sunny days, enjoy the time relaxing on the beach or watching the fishing boats cruise up and down the coast. On other days, shop in nearby Bathurst, take a coastal drive up to Caraquet, Shippigan and the Acadian Penninsula, rich with heritage and folklore. Spend a day at the Acadian Historic Village where you will learn about - and experience - life as lived by the early settlers in this region. Take a tour of the Marine Museum or the Pope's Museum - meet the people and learn more about the Acadian Lifestyle.

Our cabins are comfortable, include one or two bedroom units, enclosed porches, efficiency units available, - all within a short stroll to fine eating at our restaurant, and all within a minute's walk to the shore to watch an unforgettable sunset!

Our property covers over 5 acres and includes 700' of ocean frontage. All cabins have TV, separate washrooms and showers with individual hot water heaters. Our housekeeping units are fully furnished including coffee makers.

We are located 20 minutes from downtown Bathurst with its shopping and attractions. Less than one half hour's drive east along the coastal highway brings you to the Historic Acadian Village and Caraquet.
