NEWFOUNDLAND

After years of talking about travelling to Newfoundland, we finally went in August, inspired byt the wedding of our nephew and cousin Brian, to Charlene, in Gander. And, like most people who visit this province (or republic) we can't wait to go back. I have not been west of Saskatchewan, but when I think of the provinces I have visited and/or lived in, which are all very beautiful, they all pale in comparison with Newfoundland. Words cannot describe it, or pictures do it justice. It blew us all away- not just the beauty, but the Newfoundlanders we met as well. I have placed a few of my favourite pictures of the over 200 I took there, on this site.

ENJOY!
