I was known as Dr. Mabuse, d.o.a., of the L.A. based street band turned musical juggernaut called The Roto Rooter Good Time Christmas Band, from 1972 - 1976 - LP on Vanguard and featured weekly on the Dr. Demento Radio Show (theme and i.d.s) . At my record shop in Burbank, I am currently featuring the new retrospective CD of the RRGTCB - 31 trax with over 71 minutes of UNRELEASED material . It is available by mail - $10.00+ $4.50 S&H. With 4 trombones and 3 saxophones fracturing such icons as Beethoven, Stravinsky, the Beatles, Sousa, Gukkenheimer, Brahms, Kool the Gang and songs such as "2001", "Pico Sepulveda", "21st Century Schizoid Man/Bubbles in the Wine", "Buick LeSabre Dance", and "William Tell", this CD is guaranteed to set music back 1000 years.
