Patrick Webster...we were once dominant..........

The camera fades into an unkown arena that ICW appears to be having a house show in, before Shattered Innocence. No one is inside the ring area, except for ICW interviewer/announce man The Charter, so you know that somebody is about to cut yet another Mr. ICW promo. Then, the lights in the arena die and everyone awaits to see who is the person that is going to come out for this promo. Then, Hit or Miss by Newfound Glory starts to play and the fans get up for Big Al Stud's new theme song. Then the lights turn to a dim colored red, and Big Al Stud's Spiker Tron movie starts to play. Stud steps out from under the spiker tron. He has on his wrestling gear and a Big Al Stud T-Shirt on, with no titles for the first time since he stole the Canadian Title well over four months ago. Stud starts walking down to the ring as a huge explosion under the Tron takes place, turning the lights regular. Stud high fives the fans while still mantaining his focused demeanor. He rolls into the ring and pulls his microphone out of his tights. He walks over and shakes hands with his former manager The Charter and they start the interview.

The Charter: Welcome Big Al Stud. Now, you requested this time for an interview, and again you specifically requested my presence in your interview. This is because of some superstition or something. Anyway, what exactlly are you wanting to talk about in this interview?

Big Al Stud: Shattered Innocence.

The Charter: ARE YOU SERIOUS!? Perhaps a certain individual that you would like to focus on Mr. Stud.

Big Al Stud: Hey Charter, remember Cutting Edge last year?

The Charter: Remember about 2 weeks before Cutting Edge?

Big Al Stud: Haha, shut up! Anyway, I want to talk a little bit about Patrick Webster. It seems that he is one of the people that many are picking to win the whole thing. Why are you picking Webster, and why not me? WHy does Patrick get all of the attention that I want? He is a damn glory hound that is what it is. Back in the summer I used to team with that man, to form perhaps one of the most dominant tag teams in the history. But what happened after about 47 days as champions? Webster decided to try to hog some glory again, and try to show off against a couple of then perrenial jobbers like Shanghai Kid and El Oso. Patrick Webster thinks hey, these guys suck, show we can show off. I was like Pat, that aint gonna work, they are hungry. So we went to the ring, and Webster was taunting and making rule changes, then we lost the match. Excuse me, Patrick lost the match for us, and ruined the best thing that he ever had going. Just like that punk Johnny Jacobsen did for us a week ago! But that was the best thing Webster had going for him, teaming with a living legend. We did more together in that span than you have ever done. No King of Extreme, no 2 World Title Reigns, nothing can match the bonding and things that we learned from each other. Webster, is it not true that you have seen no team match what we could do in the ring. The Eliminators, no! Reaping Powers NO! Pyro and Chairsman or TWO, no! Star Studded...damn close! If you didnt notice I carried the tag team, but this is not going to be a tag team match, it is going to be a singles match...

The Charter: You are right, this is a singles match. Webster is a former World Champion of ICW, do you really think that you are the better one on one wrestler?

Big Al Stud: Think about it, I was also a former World Champion of ICW at one time, so what does it matter that he is A former, not THE former, or THE CHAMP. Its really all the same. Of course I know that I am the better wrestler. While Patrick is running around the world title ranks, which may be a harder division, I have been drifting around the "lower" ranks fighting better people. I beat the Shanghai Kid many times while he was at the top of his game. I beat Rage a few times, and HHH, and Pyro. I beat all of them while Webster was busy facing Maniac Miller, and King Crasher. Some real pushovers compaired to the people that I was beating. I faced good people for lower ranked matches while he faced higher ranked matches against lesser qualified opponents. I am a great warrior, and I am not going to lie and say that Webster is not. He is a good guy backstage, and he is good in the ring...to some extent. Webster's style contrasts mine to every extent possible, and maybe thats why our team is so good. He is dangerous nontheless, but he is a hardcore "wrestler" and a brawler. We are not engaging in a hardcore match or having any form of extreme stipulation, so that favors me. Another thing that is going to favor me is my intallect, because Webster has taken so many shots to the head over the years...that...well, he dont think real good! I am smarter than him, and I am going to keep the match to my strategy, on the mat. Webster and I are not going to start brawling, because that does not favor me. I am going to make Webster tap out, simply because I can!

The Charter: Big Al, Patrick Webster recently cut a promo on and about you...did you see it and what do you have to say in response to it?

Big Al Stud: Yeah, you know damn well I saw it, and I am trully honored to be the first person that Webster cut a promo about for Mr. ICW. But that doesn't mean that I am going to be taking it easy on him. He talked a little about our history, and how far back we go to. Back to July 16th, 2000. What is so significant about that day? It is the day that I made my ICW wrestling debut, and that first match...everyone could tell that one day I would be enshrined in the Hall of Fame. I did something no one had ever done, in accomplishing one major feat. I was the first person, and for over a year, the only person to through Patrick "The Hardcore S.O.B." Webster off of a scaffold and down to the ring. Now, I did this in my first ICW match, and my first ever scaffold match...maybe that is why I rose to the top so far and so fast. Webster talked about how dominant our tag team was, and that is a topic I have already covered, so its not worth covering again. Webster talked about how I had a great chance of winning this whole kit in kaboodle, and I respect him for that. I think there is a very good chance that we are two of the final three in the match. He could win, I could win, you never really know in ICW. Its crazy like that, anyone can win on any day. Look at both of Max Power's world title victories, I mean he has only won 3 matches in his career, and two of them won him the world title! Pat said that being from Canada, I was bred to wrestle. That is only half correct. I was born to wrestle, and i was bred to win! Webster then randomly listed the people in this tourny and did his cheasy little catch phrase...

The Charter: Why dont you have a catch phrase?

Big Al Stud: Because I don't need one, I prefer to let my wrestling do the talking for me! If you haven't noticed, I am perhaps the best technical wrestler in ICW. Just for that reason I am one of the most dangerous men in the world today. That just means that plain and simple, I don't need some cheesy catch phrase. Beat Me if YOu cano, the Rage will Emerge, Time to Play the Game, Devastation Device. It really goes without saying which you would rather not feel. You don't want to get hit with the D. Device, but people can spout out as many pathetic catch phrases as they want at me, because it is just an invalid attempt to psyche me out or scare me. But I am not scared, not of some catch phrase at least. The things that scare me more are men like Patrick Webster. He has a few good moves, namely 2001's Finisher of the Year, the Fatal Fall. Well, I guess that is his main patented move, and thats about one of the only real technical moves that he knows, but he is still dangerous. But we are going to see if the king of extreme and hardcore icon is really that great as everyone who loves to sing his praise really is. We are going to see that once and for all, a great technical wrestler can beat a hardcore fighter. I mean I am the best United States and Canadian Champion of all time, and he is a show boating best hardcore champion of all time. That glory hog held the hardcore title a long time, but really who cares, he beat a bunch of pathetic jokes. Great wresters like your Canadian Devastator never held the hardcore title, nor was I ever even in contention. That is a main reason that I am going to prove I'm better than Webby. The other reason is that he was the downfall in one of the best things ICW ever had. Now I am going to be his downfall in Mr. ICW 2002, the biggest thing ICW will ever have!

The Charter: Those are some really harsh words Big Al, do you really think that you can back them up?

Big Al Stud: We will see won't we Charter?

Big Al Stud drops the microphone and starts walking out of the ring while Hit Or Miss starts playing, by NewFound Glory. Stud starts heading for the back and the fans get up in ovation for the former Tag and US Champion. Will they be chearing just as loud for Stud if he becomes Mr. ICW? I would like to think so...
